Everything happens on Arc
Entries, the pool and payouts are recorded on Arc, Circle's blockchain, where anyone can look them up.
- Anyone can check the poolThe pool sits in a contract on Arc, so its balance is public the whole time the challenge runs.
- Rules are published firstThe goal, the length, the entry price and the split are all posted before a single entry comes in.
- Winners claim their own sharePayouts go from the pool to each finisher's wallet. Nobody at PlayMovo has to approve a withdrawal.
- The pool carries overIf nobody finishes a challenge, the whole pool moves into the next one.

How does a challenge work?

What do I need to join?
A wallet on Arc with enough USDC for the entry. Arc charges its network fees in USDC too.
How are my steps counted?
The PlayMovo app reads the steps your phone records. It's coming soon for iPhone and Android.
How do winners get paid?
When a challenge ends, each finisher claims their share of the pool and it lands in their wallet.
What happens if nobody finishes?
The whole pool rolls into the next challenge.
